The Guarantee

So we know you have a lot of options out there. Maybe not for the same brands we carry, but we know there are other stores you can buy denim, or a button up, or a jacket at, and some of them are really, really cheap (and really poorly built). So what's the difference? At Heritage we focus on quality lines, and we back that up. When we opened in 2007 we had one goal in mind: to offer the best brands, in the best constructions possible, and deliver them to our customers in an environment built on superior customer service. We know these values aren't important at other retail stores, especially high volume, low price discounters like Forever 21 and the like, but they are to us. We want you to feel confident in your purchases, and to ensure that, we are starting to offer a 2 year guarantee on select garments. If a seam breaks, we will repair it. If a button falls off, we will fix it. We believe in the products we stock, but we want you to feel confident that you will get a long lasting item when you shop at Heritage. This service comes at no additional cost, it's just part of the service we believe you deserve when buying a quality jean, button down, or jacket. We would hope other stores would do the same, but backing the products most stores sell just isn't the most "profitable" solution for certain retailers. We look at things differently, and believe that service and quality is always more important than quantity.
