So here's the story. Joey was driving through the hood and nodded at some random dude, but not in a "I'm gonna fight you" way, but in a "hey, nice day, huh?" kind of way. So anyways, the guy (35-40ish) starts following Joey (16) and Joey gets all scared. He parks at school and comes out to find this on his car:
